This app is just awesome! It does exactly what I needed it to do, at a fair price. It integrates seamlessly with our product pages and cart, so no ugly iframes to worry about. The install was pretty straight forward, however we had a template that required some additional tweaking. Saifullah and the team were able to simply and easily solve it - great customer service. Thanks again guys!

This app far exceeded my expectations. It's extremely flexible, and handles everything we need it to do to allow personalization of our products. The support team is very responsive and dedicated to making sure you're up and running as soon as possible. Couldn't be happier!

This app has been a game changer for my site! I have been able to configure very complicated personalizations. There was a learning curve but that is to be expected with an app that has so much to offer. I contacted tech support for 2 different issues I was having and received almost immediate response and resolution. I fully recommend!

I've been using this app for a year and it's been nothing short of amazing. it has all the options you need and very professional and aesthetically pleasing. furthermore, when I wanted to rearrange a button and change some settings (which support doesn't have to do) they did it for me anyway and this has made me very happy as usually you would have to get someone who knows code to do this. Overall a very good app, highly recommended and I will continue to use it.

I have been using the app for quite sometime now and I have yet to master it. It's a great app but I've had problems with the app and communicating with the customer service is not that easy at first. But now, Saifullah replies to my emails and have solved my problems. Thank you! I wish our communication will continue to be fast and easy!

At first I didn't understand how to use all the features. Now that there are more tutorials it's much easier. The 5 stars are well-deserved - I have yet to see an app that does all this. Very happy with it!

The app developers, have addressed most of the issues pretty quickly and have been helpful. Although initially there was some misunderstandings, it was cleared up with a screen recording of said bugs and they were swiftly fixed. I still believe the app can be improved in UX. But it is still a great for what it is.

Great app. Bit of a learning curve but once you've got it it works well. This app is integral to how we sell some items so we can't be without it. We had one issue with it but it was all sorted within a few hours. Great support!

Personalised file that customer creates and is saved in the cart is not editable. Only an encapsulated pdf or png is available.

I've use this app to customize a few products in my store and it works very well. I had an issue, contacted the support and it was fixed right away. I'm very happy that we choose to use this app for our store. Great option and support.

I WOULD SAY THAT THE SUPPORT FOR THIS APP IS VERY POOR IT TAKES A LONG TIME FOR THEM TO RESPOND AND SOMETIMES NOT AT ALL, VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT HAVING SPENT A LONG TIME GETTING TO GRIPS WITH THIS APP, THEY NOW TELL ME THERE IS A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF PRODUCTS I CAN HAVE, IT IS EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS AND THE SERVICE YOU RECIEVE

This is the best app with the best service! Support always responds fast and I can't think of a feature this app doesn't offer. There is a learning curve to using the tool but it is well worth it!

Support is fantastic, I had some compatibility issues with another app and my requests for help were addressed promptly. The app is simple to use for customers and loads quickly. It has it's limitations compared to some other apps with full on loaders. But if you're after a clean look and ease-of-use, this is a great option.

We use this app on my site and it would be nice if the support was better. They have an email but they don't always respond and when they do it is weak. For a paid app I am pretty disappointed. We are launching our new site with a different app next month.

This is by far the easiest to use product customizer app we have tried. From a user standpoint, it is simple and straightforward, on both desktop and mobile. Well done. Thanks.

I don't know what it is about this app, but NOTHING works for me. The background images I upload won't stay, they revert to the original product image. My placeholder images don't stay in place, don't stay greyscaled, and don't allow me at times to move the ones that are selected. The worst part is it doesn't even allow me to do what I wanted. We make a product in 3 different stains. We currently have the option to choose 1 of 3 VARIANTS set up, i.e. 3 different stains. I wanted the option for a customer to have a stain selected and be able to customize whichever one they have selected. But there's no where to use 3 separate images for customization, it only allows for one. Terribly exhausting and frustrating experience. Will be looking for something else.

Application is very good. Developers of app help to configurate it quickly. I will advise it to my friends

This app was built for something different than what I utilized it for. I was able to build a type of "builder" for my products. Any snags that I ran into the developer was quick to help me. Very responsive. The app works great!
