This is a great app if you have a lot of custom options on your products. I have been looking for an app, I was using Product Customizer. It was ok for simple customizations, but limited in it's features. Product Personalizer has a lot more you can do, and I like that you can use images to show the different options. It's a little tricky to learn at first, but once you get it it's easy to work with. There are a couple little glitchy things, but nothing major so far. It seems like the developers are working to improve the app and they were very quick to respond to me questions.

Best choice if you need product customization. Very good support, prompt replies and will to help. Thank you.

Wonderful app, easy installation and easy for my customers to use. My sales increased a lot after installing this app. I would recommend this app if you have products to personalise.

Update January 2019: app is now working fine. Review 5 stars. At the moment all well. I Recommend giving it a try. -------- Customer service is ok. App does what I need but when uploading photo to customize canvas store, 50% of the time it freezes and crashes. Also when using different variants, the pictures match on the first attempt when choosing the variants but then scramble and dont match what customer selects.. This could be a great app but still need debugging/ developing. Still on a trial, recorded a video with the issue but seller has not responded yet. Will look for other apps, as paying for this app if doesn't do the job is stupid.

This app has been perfect for our shop. We have been able to alter it to meet our needs exactly, and the support has been incredible! They were quick and accurate.

On paper this sounds like a good app, but its difficult to use and there is no support from the development team.

Update... Finally had some time to dig into this app the other day and had a positive experience with it. I don't like that they don't have phone support but Saifullah was helpful and very attentive through email in helping me to get my first product launched. I'm not very technical so this stuff is hard for me but every question I had was responded to with a portion of the manual with where I could figure something out. Some things took a while to figure out (mostly because I'm not technical, partly because I think the manual was written by someone who is) but once I did figure them out it was impressive of how easy it was. There are some things I still can't figure out but I'm sure I will with Saifullah's help and I'll update once I do. Just tried to submit this as a 2 star review and it wouldn't let me. Not sure why. I downloaded this app a few days ago and am not sure what to think yet. I think it has what I want to use it for and they were quick in installing it on my theme, but I haven't been able to figure out exactly how to build a product the way I need it. I've sent 3 or 4 messages to their support to see if we can set up a support session to walk me through my first product and I haven't got an answer to that. Hoping I get some help and that it works out.

I had problems with the cart. The cost for custimization was wrong. The support was not a good help. Didnt answer to my second mail.

I have already given a feedback with 3 stars before but I am changing it to 4 stars for now. I received a good support and they explained to me the technical limitations on what I wanted. Over-all, I am still happy with what I am paying for this app - cheaper, good and not great UEX but great support from the team.

UPDATED REVIEW I have to let everyone know that in fact there was some sort of glitch with my theme and the support in getting that resolved, once we all realized what the glitch was - was prompt and complete. I'm excited to keep building my store and I'm so grateful for this app! ************************************************* I think I might really love the app but in asking for support the answers are really incomplete. The app has many capabilities -- but getting it dialed in continues to perplex me. I've asked for screen shots, I'm hopeful they will arrive. Still trying to work it out -- fingers crossed I can get it resolved.

I was working late at home updating some of my products, I found that it was taking a bit too long to change from product to product. So i emailed a quick video to the guys and asked for a "Next Product" button - within 1hr I had a response and the button magically appeared which helped speed up my nights work. brilliant stuff

The service on this app is fan-tas-tic! We tried out a few personalization apps, and this was the one which had the most useful features and smoothest usability. There were a few features that were missing, or perceived as broken, but they were quickly resolved with a short email to the developer. There were some updates to the app while we were in development, which ended up making its capabilities much stronger, so we know it is actively being improved upon. Would highly recommend.

This app just keeps getting better and better. Loving the updated interface, conditional logic, and we're now taking advantage of the image upload feature, which I hope will be exciting for our customers too. Support is responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this app for any store offering personalized products!

We were initially excited about the app because it did most of what we wanted. However it has a habit of freezing up and we can't upload large photos. Support has been of minimal help. Thanks Blake

Where do I start the product personalizer has been a real game changer for our store. We sell campsite garden flags at https://campsiteflags.com and the ability to have personsonalization is the key to reaching our audience. We tried three other apps and they were so difficult to get new products into the store that we almost gave up until we found the product personalizer. We had a couple of small technical issues that were quickly taken care of by the support team and every time I ask if something can e done that is not normal I get a yes and it is figured out. Great product and service.
