I had a pretty complicated setup using image uploads and I couldn't get the previews right. Support sent me a video of how to do it and finally I got it. They really went out of their way to explain, making me a custom video, and I learned some something new too!!! Thanks heaps! Really neat app and very flexible

although I had some difficulty trying to achieve what I wanted the support team were fantastic to help me achieve exactly what I wanted. Even with all of my terrible explanations of what I was trying to achieve. would recommend to app to anyone who wants to eliminate sending drafts to customers to approve personalisation

I installed this app using the free trial, mainly because I am looking for an app for the conditional logic. To use conditional logic I needed to upgrade my plan to the second tier. I uninstalled the app within 10 minutes of installing it because I could tell it wasn't going to be what I needed, however I feel like potential customers need to know that if you upgrade your plan you will be charged right then for the full cost of the upgrade, even if you're in your free trial period. So basically I paid $15 to use an app for 10 minutes that didn't meet my needs.

This has been a great app for personalizing product for customers in real time. The support from them has been great as well.

They provide great customer service when needed. Also when asking for help they get back to you quite fast and with the solution.

I used this app to help my customers personalize their purchases. What sets it apart is the support: I have never gone more than twelve hours without hearing back from the team, and we have been able to work through all the bumps along the way.

Great features. Easy to learn. Excellent service. Minor intermittent bug: sometimes, fields that are coded as 'mandatory' can be skipped by the customer, with no disruption of the ordering process.

This app is fairly sophisticated, so I initially was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get it to look and work the way I like. But after watching Zepto's videos, and a little bit of their customer service (which is excellent by the way), I was up and running, confident I could get the results I wanted without too much struggle. I used this app to set up customization options for a series of mugs that comes with multiple variants. I found this app perfect for my needs, pretty easy to use, and flexible enough to achive the results I wanted. I asked for help to the support team a couple of time; they've been really fast and professional. I recommend it.

Using the app to create unique product personalization's. Provides very robust options. Support is also very helpful and timely. However, i would like to see better integration with print-on-demand apps such as Printful, as well as better inoperability with other personalization tools.
