An absolutely amazing app, indispensable to my store! I've tried many personalization apps but this is the only one that works easily, consistently, and with all the features I need. Customer support is also excellent, they're always ready to help when I need something fixed.

I agonised over which customisation app to use for my business. I landed on Product Personalizer and I'm so glad that this is the app I chose. Yes as others have mentioned it is a bit of a learning curve to start off with, I am by no means amazing with computers but after some trial and error I'm perfectly comfortable setting up new products with endless variables and setting the conditional logic for them. I've found the support team amazing, any time I've had a question they've answered pretty quickly even though we are in very different timezones, and no matter how silly my question they have been patient and are very clear in their instruction, even going so far as to send me screenshots of exactly what to do. I especially like being able to set a template so I don't have to start completely from scratch with each product. It has saved me so much time. I would 100% recommend this app to anyone who needs simple OR complex levels of customisation on their products. If you're a bit confused when you have your first look at it, don't worry! you'll get there.

We use this app across multiple stores and absolutely love it! Highly recommend for allowing customers to view live mockups of products.

Coolest app yet and I have tried a lot of them. If you do personilazation you should try this app first.

Wow. So many positive reviews. I can't understand it. We waited several weeks and started paying for the app, set it all up and launched our customisable products only to have the very first order go horribly wrong. We had to apologise profusely, issue a refund and assume we'd lost a customer before we'd even started. Then it took almost as long again, through numerous conversations with several different people only to be eventually told the app was not compatible with Printful.com! Not compatible with one of the biggest POD suppliers in the world?! So what's the point of it then? Please make this clear to anyone else stupid enough to assume it would at least be compatible with the biggest suppliers. Because my time is like a toddler in a tiara... Short and precious (thank you Pitch Perfect!)

This app has been a game changer for my store. Very affordable pricing for the functionality you get - definitely my favourite app on Shopify. The customer support is also excellent and they respond insanely quick.

Loving the app so far, some very minor limitations for me but overall great! Customer service was of great help and even made videos explaining what I needed which is awesome.

I used this app to enable my customer to edit greeting card designs and it works beautifully. Not going to lie, it takes some time to configure (both for the store need and for each product), but once I understood it, I was able to 80% match the competition with the level of configuration they offer, in a market that has large players for a while. Much better than other options I've explored. Would recommend. Do not hesitate to read the documentation on their website as there are many configuration points and it's easy to miss the decisive ones. The documentation is rather good.
