Superb app, and superb support. I do wish the Image grouping thing would get some re-working. (maybe the font grouping thing too) . It could maybe use more of a windows file explorer layout, with commands across the top of page. Groups as folders, thumbnails, varied sort methods, etc etc. I also think it could go with some cosmetic upgrades here and there. But it's still a great app.

Great app. Easy enough to work out. When I had a problem, Al Amin Khan fixed it very quickly. Great support.

This app is great to personalize. Personalized products are exceptional to sell currently. Customer service is supportive and they are easier to live chat than other apps. For other apps, we have to write emails and it takes a lot of time to get a reply.

App is working well in our store so far and the support team is very helpful. They walk us through with the hurdles we encountered during setup.

Customer service is infuriating, but after you go back and forth 30x, this app works great and as intended. Please note, it will take days to resolve issues, and that impacts business operations. Aside from that, I do recommend this app to anyone in need of personalization for shopify.

It's a great app, but it does take quite a lot of time to set up if you want to make it perfect. The support team are really good and reply fast, they help guide you through the process.

Very efficient after sales service. They patiently answered my various questions, and could endure and understand my strange Chinese English, which moved me a lot.

There are a couple features that I think could be added to improve functionality.. but aside from that it's a great app! Customer service is A+!

Hi Am very keen to use the app, what I have seen so far is very encouraging!! I need to allow users to add a name to fixed designs on various colored tshirts. Was wondering how to "extract".... download the PNG print file once an order is placed. And also how to connect to my POD provider. cheers
