It so simple and nice to use its really helping me a lot with my online store, i just think that it should be added more products because i couldn’t find pthers there

It has great products but needs to be more tablet friendly and phone friendly. Also have had issue on importing product to my store

I have used Zen Drop for a couple months now. Still exploring all the features slowly. I have found it a great and user friendly platform. All customer service interactions have been amazing , super helpful , quick and friendly. I would 100% recommend zen drop to those who wish to start drop shipping or Print-on-Demand. A lot of support available for beginners.

I found pictures contradictory images for 1 variant, very vague product details, shipping costs extremely high.

I got to say Zendrop is awesome i have tried a couple drop shippers and they seem to get it right they are working on more features. There fulfilment process is super easy. Lastly and the most important their support is prompt, and they will help you every step of the way.

J'ai été facturé pour un abonnement annulé pendant la période d'essaie de 7 jours. Je suis en attente d'une réponse pour un remboursement. En espérant que ma demande sera valider et que j'obtiendrai mon remboursement de 73,63€. Je ne peux donc pas donner d'avis favorable tant que je n'aurait pas d'explication pour la facturation de mon abonnement annulé. Je tiens a ajouter qu'en me rendant sur la rubrique "Besoin d'aide" de Zendrop, le site me demande de me connecter et quand cela est fait il me dit que l'adresse email et le mot de passe ne correspondent pas (même en ayant changer le mot de passe via leurs solution "nouveaux mot de passe")

Didn't try their service but all the prices are 150-200 % more than Aliexpress after including shipping.

Overpriced Shipping for EU, and many products have disappeared from my Import list after a while, without medoing anything. Definetly wouldn't recommend

Zendrop just took $69 AUSD for my pro plan, I was trying to upgrade to a plus plan and try the free trial but it instantly took money. If zendrop can refund this I’ll try again but I’m canceling until I get my money back.
