Its easy to integrate with the e-commerce platform and quite user friendly.

Works great and feels fantastic. Wish the instructions were in English too but it's pretty self-explanatory. The heat takes a little bit to come on and it only heats up in the center (nap) of the neck area, looking at the pictures, it looks like the heat is in the massaging rolls that go up and down the back, but it's not. All and all it works good and I'm enjoying the massage !

Reliability and efficiency

Great UI, simple and straightforward to use. Lots of YouTube tutorials available to help when getting started. Customer support portal has seen some huge improvements lately and auto-fulfilment feature is great for saving time. My only complaint would be the cost of shipping, which can get up there sometimes depending on the product/destination, however it is almost always reliable and on time. Overall would highly recommend.

The service person on chat answered my question in 10 minutes that took hours and hours for other platforms and still had no answer for me. Thank you!

Initially, we had a bad experience with Zendrop, however, they went above and beyond to compensate us. The app is exceptional in the sense that it has a wide variety of quality products and integrates seamlessly with our website. However, the only downside to Zendrop is the shipping times to Australia with some of the suppliers (not all) choosing very poorly rated couriers within Australia. If they solve this issue (partner with more reliable couriers within Australia), this would be the perfect dropshipping platform, however, until then I give it a humble 4 stars.

There are many very nice products, but why is there an annual charge for access to your store?

I think zendrop is really good and beginner friendly. Maybe it's little bit more expensive and don't have that many products but i belive it's gonna change in future hopefully bc if they have more products it's best platform to start with dropshipping for newbies as me highly recommending zendrop and hopefully they gonna add more and more products :)

I would highly recommend the Zen Drop experience. Many products to chose from and at amazing prices.

We have tried this plugin for 3 days. The publishing process of a product within our store was working fine in the beginning but then it broke all of a sudden. We tried to reach their support without any success. They have an AI Bot which is useless as you cannot create a ticket and eventually, we never had any meaningful communication with them. We cannot imagine what might happen with the orders when the basic functionality (import and publish a product to your store) doesn't work. The funny thing is that they market the service with the label 24/7 support. We would say 0/0 support in our case. We tried to uninstall and install the plugin as we thought that this could fix our issue but it didn't.

Mostly I am satisfied with Zendrop, but one thing I want to request, it is too hard to find prices on items, and what Zendrop want to list them for. One drop shipper I use, I am given the opportunity to set a price, or go with the suggested. Then I can log into their site and look at every price of every product I have listed or queued with them. But that would be my one and only, and I wouldn't call it a complaint, just an area of improvement.

It is a fantasia shipping company, I would recommend this to any drop shipper especially those on Shopify. This website is great if your trying to start a Side hustle or just make extra money or even a full time job Zendrop will make the foundation for you and your brand.
