I like the efficiency so far compared to other apps however it would be better premium I think as it's hard to find what I am looking for however I have foysome unique things I just don't want to use up the trail yet as I may need it and I'm just starting but it transfers things so much better then others However shipping is harsh but efficient matters to me.

I would like to personally thank Theresa Villavicencio With zendrop. She went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Zendrop as a whole is nothing short of amazing. I am pleased to be partnered with this platform.

This is my first time using it seems fairly user-friendly. Hoping to use it lots in the future And access their huge selection of products

I subscribed to Zendrop because they keep stating how they have a large inventory of products that ship from the U.S., which is what I'm looking for. It turns out that the number of products shipped from the U.S. consist of cheap jewelry, t-shirts, and a few pet supplies. And there is no timeline to expand out the U.S. based products so you can actually have something worth buying that ships domestically. If you want some variety in your store catalog, you have to hope that the shipping from China is really fast. And processing of the orders can take up to 72 hours. I can understand some extra time if the order comes in over a weekend, but 72 hours is unacceptable to me. Would you like to contact support for an order or a product? Good luck. They have 3 methods to contact support; chatbot, opening a support ticket, or using Discord. Not one of those options let's you open a new ticket. There are no phone numbers to call. There isn't an email address you can use to send in a request. It's all broken or not an available option. I'll let this subscription run and move onto another drop shipper that has some idea how to do what they say. Which is a bummer because Zendrop, on the surface, is a great idea. They just can't deliver. No pun intended.

I would recommend using Zendrop app because it's amazing because it does all the hard work for me and all I do is find a good product that I want on my website and click on the add buttom ,review and publish and import it to my store.It's just that simple.

I am new in using Zendrop and still practicing using it. Zendrop is helpful in dropshipping and it gets more interesting as I dive deeper to it.

The platform is very intuitive, when I needed help it was immediate and they understood my problem very well, even without my speaking English perfectly, it's a pleasure to have this type of collaboration.

I would recommend this app to anyone who wants fast deliveries and great service. Zendrop people are reliable, they always help me quickly and efficiently with any problems related to orders. I know that I can count on them at any time. Orders are also always delivered on time and all problems are solved by the Zendrop team quickly and successfully.

Zendrop is a great site to utilize when beginning an e-commerce business simply because of the easy access to multitudes of products. Their customer service is also very proactive in solving issues regarding connections between Shopify and their servers.

The Customer service is stellar! Molly and Theresa really provided high quality customer service and I would definitely recommend Zendrop becuase of their quick and efficient responses. The 1 star missing is because the product quality should be vetted more closely.

I really love Zendrop, their products are vetted to ensure quality and their shipping times are really good! Zendrop also offers refunds on all orders as long as you refund your customers first, this is an amazing policy! However, Zendrop’s support sucks. Luckily, there’s an extensive FAQ page and Bot support to answer most questions you may have. I’d definitely recommend this app.

As a new user who is just getting started with dropshipping, I must say that my experience with Zendrop has been nothing short of amazing. the best thing is is very easy to use and also staff is very good i dont think u need staff help because its to easy to use just 1 to 2 clicks u need only to list your products

Zendrop is a pretty solid app that does 90% of the work and you bearly have to do anything. For example by clicking a button your product goes straight to your shopify store.

Very nice platform, easy to use and good free subscription to get started with. I am excited to explore more of ZenDrop.
