I have messaged Zendrop with questions at times to confirm some of the item materials, or to ask what items are included with the product, & have had a good experience with Zendrop agents getting back to me promptly. Molly, in particular, has been great to work with. I'm looking forward to working with them more in the future.

The amount of support zendrop gives my is exquisite. I am a beginner and have not made sales yet (doing product research hopefully i will Get back here one day telling about huge Numbers) but for literally EVERYTHING zendrop Can assist i they have not turned me away 1 time. They support answers to good, they have a great support team ESPESCIALLY MOLLY, and the others. But my questions goes 90% directly to MOLLY and she is amazing. Lets Get this started!

If your looking to start a dropshiping account Zendrop is the best supplier to use it's very easy to use and they have some amazing products it's the best dropshiping supplier.

Update: Austin was able to follow up with me and assisted with all my concerns. They were very accommodating as well with my requests. I would recommend giving them a try. If you already have another source for dropshipping, NEVER switch to zendrop. I made that mistake. Orders take forever, I ended up refunding customers orders. Only reason I am giving this 1 star is because I can't give it 0.

I recommend you guys to use Zendrop because of: 1. Very professional service if there is any issues 2. Very good delivery times 3. You get a discount if you get 2-3 sale in one order 4. Very easy dashboard to understand 5. Everything is perfect actually, makes dropshipping so easy

Definitely recommend. They have an easy to handle interface with many shortcuts. They also have a fast support system if any issues!

So far Zendrop has made finding and adding products to my Shopify store somewhat seamless. There could be a bit more improvement in using the product search box, in that it recognizes more keywords e.g. "Barbeque"or "summer". So far, Zendrop has a lot of great products.

Got to say one of the best drop shipping app that I came across. importing products to my store is easy and it gives the current market price with it just incredible. 100% recommended to new drop shippers. Love it.

Zendrop is one of the best apps to use on Shopify. If you having trouble finding anything Zendrop is the place to go.

I have only been using Zendrop for about a month and it’s been a good experience so far. Their customer service is prompt and they try to resolve any issues. My problem was I signed up to Plus plan with a 7 day free trial but Zendrop charged me right away. They did provide me the refund but the charge threw me off and I cancelled the plus plan right away without checking out all the features. Nonetheless so far so good. The only other thing is products take too long to arrive for my customers if they worked on shipping Zendrop can become huge.
