Fr: Cette app est très bien, il y a plusieurs option et très facile à configuré. Parcontre, depuis plusieurs mise à jour de leur part. Certaine chose que je pouvais faire avant n'est plus possible et le support ma informé qu'il fallait ajouté un autre de leur app pour que tout cela fonctionne. Ce qui est a mon humble avis inacceptable. Eng: This app is great, there are several options and very easy to configure. Parcontre, since several updates from them. Some chose what I could do before is no longer possible and support informed me that I had to add another of their application for it to work. Which is in my humble opinion unacceptable.

Great functionality and awesome customer service! They really do go above and beyond - get this app if you need a lot of distribution options.

This app saved our lives. We had a very tricky Delivery system with different availability per different locations. We also needed to allow some time to prepare the delivery and they have all these options available for us. There is nothing this app can't do. 100% recommended, it really made our lives much easier! Well done guys!

I don't know where to begin because this Team is AMAZING. They have helped me beyond words setting up this App. Any request was responded to in a timely manner and they took away so much of the headache by giving them access and letting them what they do best. Install and work on their app. The service goes over and beyond and I will forever be using them with our website. If you have more than 1 language in your store don't even bother installing this. 2 guys (Luke and Sandy) were stating that we can change the text 'shipping location' to 'pickup location' but were unable to do so because of incompatibility with our translation app. After switching to another compatible app and after a week long going back and forth through 25+ emails, Ronan (as probably more experienced guy) stepped in and clarified that it is not possible with the following response: it appears that my colleagues were a bit confused about the limitations of the translations API. What is funny and mostly why this is 1 star is that he completely disabled the app on the theme we were working on immediately after sending that email. Really sneaky.

This app is great! Helped us to local delivery only through our website - with the ability to deliver only to regions within specific postal codes. The team at Zapiet is always quick to respond and help with any issues that come up. Absolutely worth every penny.

Really impressed with the super speedy response to my query; not only that it was resolved really efficiently but it meant we were able to provide our customers with a more intuitive shopping experience.

All the settings and restrictions we needed to run a very complicated holiday operation, fulfulling in one location for pickup at another. Some of the beta settings still need improvement (limiting pickups/delivery per window), but support has been very responsive. Constantly adding new 3rd party delivery services too.

A lifesaver for our delivery logistics (we deliver frozen vegan meals at home). The support is super fast and effective. The inevitable small issues/questions during setup are immediately dealt with by the helpdesk, couldn't have asked for more. Special thanks to Ismail, Lucy, Sandy, Ronan, Pamela & Luke --> evidently, from all of these names it's clear that I've been receiving a lot of support :-)

We used this app since May 2020. In November we started having a lot of issues. Zapiet uses tags for orders. These were missing off some orders and and missed by our staff so customers didn't receive they order which got us bad reviews. The limit on how many deliveries also stopped working. After seeking help from Zapiet they informed me that we was on an old version and they would upgrade me. After the upgrade we were still having issues so swapped to a diffrent delivery system. Zapiet should be upgrading customers now and again and not leave them in the dark. Such a shame because the app was brilliant from May - Oct.

I use this app for store pick up. We are not currently delivering. I wish it integrated better with the Shopify reporting system, as trying to sort to find the pick up date and time on orders is a bit cumbersome. I did require assistance and had a great experience with the IT help person to solve my problem.

I'm using this app for my POS and its doing great , had a small issues but the pro support team solve it very professionally and super fast . . . thanks to the Zapiet team ( pamela & Marija )

Zapiet performs all of the pickup & delivery tasks that i need in my store. I thought they were so complex and setup would be a nightmare but the very best thing about this app is its customer service. I definitely recommend doing the initial setup appointment, because it really helps with the learning curve. My "merchant success specialist" Charlie was amazing and not only did we have a nice time on the phone but she walked me through setting up every aspect of my app that i needed done, which not only was super helpful, to see her do it, but it also left me totally capable of now working the app on my own.

I have used this app for 1 year now. It's the best app for this solution and I have always found the customer service to be very good and helpful

SHOPIFY OWNER BEWARE! If you are using a SUBSCRIPTION app then ZAPIET will NOT included pickup times for RECURRING orders! It will only include date and times for the FIRST order placed by the customer but not recurring orders. This is a HUGE OVERSIGHT and a nightmare to find out when customers are picking up orders. We really like this app and have used it for awhile but with this glitch we will be looking for another app. If you're NOT using SUBSCRIPTIONS then it's a great app.

I use this app for my dessert shop and have been working closely with Pamela and Ismail to fix a couple of issues related to my store's theme, as well as make some small changes to better fit my needs. The customer support has been AMAZING. Responses have been quick, detailed, and issues were fixed promptly and effectively. I would definitely recommend this app as the customer support is impeccable.

This app is so pivotal for our business, especially during these times!! Our customers can pick up orders curbside or choose delivery with a breeze! The zapiet team is always responsive with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend adding this app to your shopify store!

We've had some issues with the app integrating with our template but I it is the best one i've used thus far for pickup and delivery. I'd give 5 STARS to customer service (particularly Stephanie) who respond quickly and do their best to help even when issues haven't been 100% the apps fault.

Updated: Dec 24: The support from the developers is still amazing. We had an issue that randomly appeared on Dec 23rd of course. Within hours of emailing they were on it and helping to resolve. They even found some user errors I didn't realize I had done and asked if I wanted those fixed as well. highly recommend the app and the developers. Love this app! It is great for my business. The Support from the staff has been AMAZING!!!!! They are very responsive , positive and helpful to what seems like my never ending string of questions. Recommend this app. THANK YOU!
