I found (after a lot of research in review/loyalty/sms combo) that going for YOTPO´s next best plan packs a lot of punch for the price compared to other premium alternatives if looked at as a whole. I do not, however like the yearly premium plan pricing option, hence 1 star removed. Yotpo also really shines with having integrations to almost anything . Which often becomes a bottle neck with other good alternatives. Last - the customer service team is unmatched. 24/7 support by really competent staff.

Yotpo is a very good app for collecting recviews, and we have had helpful supporty from Orly who got our dedicated reviews page up and running

The app is not very customizable, slow, and requires HTML and coding experience to integrate in any sort of robust way. Also, the 'Immediate Update' feature, which is describe as a developer mode where you can experiment rapidly with different features of the widget, actually take 8-24 hours to update. This resulted in my customers not being able to leave a review for a day.. right after I sent out review request to all of my customers. The customer service representative who helped me solve the above described catastrophe was at least knowledgeable and helpful though. 5 Stars to Ronel for that. 2 stars to the app.

Easy to use, good moderation. Wish they had some intermediate plans between the '200 reviews requests' and the big custom plans. Seems like the selling reps only want to sell the big customer plans, and don't want to work with us little, but not tiny folks. I will say customer support is top notch, Ronal was prompt and took care of my questions/issue quickly.

This app automatically asks customers to leave reviews which is great! I have a store that I delete products as they sell so I wasn't looking for product reviews. Doner P has helped me figure out how to use 'Site reviews' instead of 'Product Reviews'. Would recommend this app for your store.

I had updated my theme and in the process had deleted my reviews. I was trying to re-install everything, and being ignorant in coding, reached out to support and got Allen M. He first tried explaining the steps but when it became clear that I was a danger to myself, he offered to install the app, the widgets and even helped me to personalize the text on the site and told me where to find it should I want to change again. Thanks Allen you saved my Saturday afternoon (and probably Sunday morning).
