The team at Yotpo are really responsive whenever I've needed help (I'm based in Melbourne, Australia). Nothing is a problem and if I can't do it, they jump into Shopify on my behalf and set it up. I had a slight problem in getting the reviews to appear on my site the way I wanted them to. Manny was very helpful in resolving the issue. It was nice to have someone to edit the code for me rather than just telling me what to do likely creating more confusion. Thanks Manny! Great app to manage your reviews. Have been using this for a year now and now adding similar products to our offering. Nick did a great job in merging reviews and setting up groups on new items added into our catalog.
