I can recommend this app, and the Free plan will be sufficient for small businesses. The level of chat support is also very high.

I use Yotpo for customer reviews bc they automatically email once the customer has had time to use my product(s) & they make it easy so that I get more reviews. I recently upgraded so I could add my top 9 reviews in a carousel display on my landing page. The code was easy to create but I wasn't sure where or how to paste it in my Shopify store code without messing something up. I used Yotpo's chat box and a real person was soon chatting with me and offered to paste the code in for me. They made it all simple and easy and now the carousel is up and running and looks awesome.

I've been using Yotpo for years. It's a great app and their customer support is excellent! I definitely recommend them.

Great help from an customer service agent called Jesus Lorenz. They were patient and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Extremely happy with the app thus far.

DO NOT USE THIS APP ON ENTERPRISE. It is a complete heist. The team is incompetent. It's been three months and loyalty and reviews are not live. Their reviews system is literally the worst on the market. They haven't updated it since 2015. Please, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Use Junip for reviews. It's a fraction of the price and ACTUALLY works.

I had some trouble uploading my productreviews from another platform to my shopify website. Warly S was very patient and helped me a lot to solve the problem. 5 stars for the support!

Simoun was really helpful and helped me resolve the issue with the reviews. App is also easy to use when importing reviews, the downside is that sometimes the reviews take too long to go live and need to contact support to make it go live.
