I simply have made it to a place in this business journey where I have decided it would improve a customers and a potential customers experience if I added a review section on my website. Sheen at Yotpo helped me get it done in a professional and timely manner. I still have a few questions, that I thought of as I’m typing in this review. Anyway, I highly recommend this app.

Can't get anyone from customer support to respond even once - paid for the higher plan too and hoped the app would be good but feeling very let down

this has been great to use. when i chatted with support happy was super helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. i will continue to increase subscriptions as my business grows, i love the plan flexibility but would like a more handson help for business owners that dont know anything about adding codes. i have tried that once and had to reset my entire store and start over. that took hours and wasnt fun. so any additional features that require me to add liquid code and just dont do and i am missing out.

UPDATE: Love this app! The features they provide are great for generating social proof and increasing trust for our brand! Shoutout to both Djan and Warly at Yotpo for the wonderful customer service on 2 seperate occasions! They were both so helpful and friendly! I Had a few questions and needed some adjustments done to our website and both Warly and Djan provided us with all the info we needed (and more) as well as completed the tasks required quickly. Overall pleasant experiences!

This app is excellent for requesting and showing your reviews! Nick helped me quickly add the reviews carousel on our home page. When asked how he did it, he gladly told me step by step!

We love this app. It was easy to install, easy to use, and has been amazingly successful in collecting customer testimonials, and even some with photos attached of our products being used by our customers! The help and service Yotpo provides is fantastic. Sheen, Simoun, and the others are very responsive via chat, and are happy to make all of the changes I needed to my store's code.

I used this app to collect Product reviews. The support is QUICK and Ronel R. went above beyond to help me when i contacted support ! LOVE THIS APP.

The best customer service! Yotpo helped us with an issue related to reviews not showing on our collection page. Within a few minutes, the representative was able to remedy the issue. I highly recommend Yotpo for your review (and much more) needs. Nick S. was extremely efficient in getting the reviews loaded correctly.

The is app is great, it integrates very well with SMSbump, although I think the admin interface would can be better. The live support chat they use on the admin panel is very weak, for example if you open a new tab, the chat will be disconnected. With that being said, the tool and the support team are very helpful (Rein and Howell), they are very responsive and patients, and would connect to your store and fix any issue you will have. I recommend installing the app.

Great at gathering feedback and adding trust signals to your site. Helpful for customers to see other user ratings. Yotpo support (Jeorge was last agent) is excellent too if you need them (live chat, or collaborator access). Thanks Yotpo!

I couldn't figure out how to get the Star-Rating on my Website, but Kenneth John M helped me within minutes. I'm glad that he solved my problem this quick. Thank You!
