Reviews for Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I transferred my store to a new platform and although the reviews transfer was arduous Yotpo stepped in several times and made the process painless. They did all the heavy lifting, now my hard won 4.95 rating is visible for all to see on my brand new shiny website.

I am really happy with this app. Good value! The support team have been very helpful to help me customize the app. Thank you Doner, Rein, Rayne, Allen and James. You are so professional and patient. Unfortunately I got some problem with a domain change, but Simoun Francis S helped me in the best way possible and solved the problem.

10/9/2022 update: Many thanks to Djan for helping me out with a spacing issue on the star rating on my store. I spend several hour trying to figure it out on my own then reach out to Yotpo and they were as responsive as ever. Yotpo offers amazing customer service. I ran into an issue and someone was there to help me quickly resolve the issue. I would recommend Yotpo to all Shopify store owners who want to help build trust and collect customer feedback to improve their products and service offerings. I had some difficulty getting this app set up for my store but when I reached out for help via their chat bubble Albert V really came through and helped get my review page set up and in the exact location I wanted it to be. His level of service was AMAZING!! 9-8-2022 Happy helped me get the discount code section set up for my customer reviews. I really am happy with the service!

I needed help installing reviews on my websites home page. I used the chat on the app and the response time was super quick. Lemuel helped by adding it to my home page for me but he also helped me understand how to do it myself in the future. He was super Nice.

I installed Yotpo in 2019,. Spent a little time setting it up which was pretty straight forward and let it run. I found I don't need to monitor it at all as it will send an email notification when a new review has been submitted. I have only had to contact support once and the answers were clear and concise. Overall it's been a great addition to my website.
