The service is great. Since I'm banned on Facebook and Google it doesn't benefit me to leave the free plan. my products are prohibited from those platforms.... I see everyone selling the exact product so thank God I just have customers and yotpo for reviews on my site.

Yotpo is a comprehensive review app, built with lots of features. Customer service is great, only the price is a little expensive

This is not so much a review of the app as I'm a new user to it, but a recommendation for the customer service. I needed help placing my stars and # of reviews on the front page, a feature that's not yet standard but in beta mode. I have a free account, so haven't paid anything yet, but wrote to customer support and got exactly the help I needed from Allen M. Explained it to him, gave him access and in no time he had a screenshot ready for me. He made some tweaks based on my requests and then launched it to my website. Thank you Allen M.! And I'll be buying the growth subscription :)

Wow. I'm really grateful for the customer service. I was lucky to get connected with Nicole L, who helped me with a issue I was having getting the Ratings Widget to show both on the Product Page and the Landing Page. Couldn't have done it without her ( I tried), and she did such a great job while being super nice about it. And to get help so early in the morning, I'm so happy!

Very kind and helpful Helpdesk. They have helped me uploading a file for the import of my reviews. Amazing

Great app for showcasing reviews and driving traffic to our site, recent service has been excellent by Simoun.

We installed the Yotpo application as it has proved invaluable on a friends website, word of mouth. We had a small glitch and Joian Z sorted it out for us in no time!

I have been using the free version of this app for a while now. I believe it helped me collect more reviews by sending follow up e-mails to customers and having a third party collect these reviews increases the reliability. I needed help today and Junalou made my day by a clever approach to my problem and saved me precious time. Very patient, helpful and kind. End result was over my expectations. Thank you so much Junalou and YOTPO. A big thank you to Gimbert today for helping me set up my new Template. Exceptional service as always. Thank you. An update today; I updated from the free plan to basic plan and Simoun Francis and Daniel, Rhenant helped me a lot with setup, a big thank you! The help is always available when you need it.
