Don't be scared off by the dated UI. Yotpo is an indispensable part of our user feedback cycle. Implementation was painless and I'm always discovering new capabilities. We're extremely satisfied with this app.

We LOVE this app! It has increased our sales so much over the past 2 years. Customers OFTEN comment on how our reviews influenced their decision to choose our slow feeder for horses over other brands. We've just installed it and we're still figuring things out. Not the most user-friendly platform to set things up and find information, but it's working so far. I'll update our review once we've used Yotpo for a little longer. That being said, I had a bunch of questions and things that I couldn't figure out by myself today, and Warly S gave me a huge help - kudos to customer service today.
