I had an issue with the location of reviews and a review page and it looks better. *can't leave a new review* Thank you Rhenant T for your help and fixing the issue. I had an issue with the star reviews on the product page in the correct position. Thank you Doner P - you answered all questions and solved the problem I needed help with. Although the automated system gave me the instructions, you still went out of way to to assist me by moving all my reviews from the current listings to the new ones. Its a shame that I cannot leave a new review. I love this app and never have an issue with using it. 08/07/2023

Other than the name, because let's face it, "YotPo" sounds like a communist sauna commune just below San Francisco, this tool is actually pretty good. Integration goes far - I like their support and the ability to moderate is great too.

Love Yotpo! Ronel provided customer support to install widgets and made my day. The app is great and love capturing these reviews.

onboarding team worked hard and did as much as they could to help us set up. Reviews are looking better onsite than with Trustpilot.

We're switching from Okendo to Yotpo for our site and are starting with the Growth plan. It's got great features though the best ones like advanced CSS and Klaviyo Integration. My only critique is the lack of customization of the default emails customers get for asking for a review, confirming their email, and etc if you are just on the first paid plan. It's five stars because I've received great customer support from Ronel R. a few times, but also Warly S. and John G. who were helpful, professional, and super friendly! This is a great app so far.
