not only a great app, but the service is what makes me stick to Yotpo. Arven S, from support helped me today and was incredible.

Warly S was very helpful. He addressed the issue right away and I was able to go about my day. I would suggest that administrator's should have the permission to change their own profile details.

I just wish some of the advanced features were available at a lower price. Support has been helpful though (if a little bit slow). Dani

great app, easy to use and reliable. also the support is really fast and competent - the last chat i just had with Kenneth John M was great.

It's a great app to collect reviews, show star-ratings on store and on Google search, Google shopping and we are very happy using it. It also has a great feature to group products so that it can share the same reviews. We needed some help to be sure the reviews are shared across grouped products and John B. was very quick to get back and helpful. Thanks!

Yotpo makes it super easy to leave product reviews and monitor them. It's nice that we are able to move between platforms and bring the reviews over. We are moving from Ecwid to Shopify and I messed up somehow and duplicated all our reviews. Warly S with support was super helpful and deleted the duplicates and helped me understand what to do moving forward. Excellent service

John B was cool, helped me get my widget installed. I see a lot of scary reviews so i will preface and say i'm leaving this based off of the assistance. I hope my experience is good.
