Great app and great support. We were even able to import our legacy reviews from a Nexternal store!

This app is just what I needed. Added to little-windows.com, so easy to set up and use, and having my customers feedback flow to me this way simplifies my life, and keeps me motivated. The auto-smart-post to Facebook saves me time too. Love it, love it, love it!

Great and easy to set up. However the only problem is that their CS team is always out of situation - they just answer you something totally unrelated.

We made a choice at That Pop Up Shop, to run with a social review program. Yotpo was such a breeze to install, it works beautifully with shopify, and it's the kind of thing you just set, and forget. It just works!

Yotpo is AWESOME. We have tried a few review apps before and didn't really get much traction. The way Yotpo allows customers to review their purchase directly from their email which is so easy to do you'll be getting reviews before you know it. One of the best App's we've used, and we can't believe its free!

Love this app. It really works...I'm getting lots of reviews, and sharing great reviews is ridiculously easy - basically one click, and the post looks great in Facebook. Very happy!!

I installed this app on my www.inlinefabrication.com website. At first I didn't like it because it took up too much room at the bottom of the page, and I was going to remove it. But we were able to re-size it a bit and change the color to blend in and smooth the page flow. Nowadays, I enjoy the app and value the feedback and thoughts it collects from customers. Good App.

Yotpo has improved so much! I tried it a couple of months ago and wasn't impressed. I gave it another go recently and found it's been hugely improved. I'm talking about the product features and the customer service as well. Dave has been great answering my questions promptly, under 24 hrs. Well done and keep it up! Excellent app! But, ONE thing! There should be a way to remove the "Reviews by YOTPO on the bottom of the product reviews on a product page and on the bottom of the "Testimonials" tab pop-up. Looks very unprofessional and there should be a way to remove this branding stuff.. that is the only disappointment.

Great app. I have a bit of a problem setting up the widget but Dave Bradford been very helpful.

This app is amazing for being free, I just didn't appreciate the headache it gave me while I was trying to figure out how to use it. I didn't expect it to e-mail every customer who has ever bought items from us ever, I thought that was a little ridiculous. I didn't even know this app was going to e-mail customers, or send me over 100 e-mails in 2 days. The app is very vague on explaining how it works until things happen, like posting on our Facebook Page and the large widget at the bottom of product pages. I am also disappointed on how I can't easily find out enough information about a customer to contact them if they have a question. The interface has some glitches. Like the navigation buttons magically disappear when I am looking at the list or reviews if I go to publish or unpublish a review.

This app was what my store needed. Delivers exactly as advertised - seamless set up, no problems afterwards, and integration with social was a real charm. Enabled customers to show their appreciation for our great fossils and minerals, and their satisfaction with our service. Highly recommended!
