Reviews for Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

Just moved my business/cart over to Shopify. Having customer product reviews and testimonials is very important. The app was very easy to install and get up and running. Now I'm just waiting on my first review. :)

Within one week of using Yotpo, we had 6 reviews and I don't think anything is worth more value than reviews unless they are negative in which this isn't going to help you. If you have a great product and your customers are happy, Yotpo makes it easy for everyone else to know. LOVE IT!

We LOVE Yotpo!! It is so fantastic to let our customers share their knowledge of the products they've received, because we sell to a community of babywearers who value each others opinions greatly (as do we). Excellent app .. very easy to instal .. best bit is customers can just write their review within the email they receive .. no need for them to go anywhere else... makes your whole store transparent with reviews by real customers... have problem with the coupons though hope that gets fixed soon.

I installed this app because I know how powerful customer reviews can be. I was nervous because I started out with 0 reviews. I thought it would look bad on our store. I installed this app on my store that sells groomsmen gifts and was blow away at how simple and powerful it is. In the past I emailed customers and asked them for reviews that we could use for our testimonials page, which was a lot of work. Yopto does this automatically for you, and within a week of installing they had help ed me get 13 great reviews on our groomsmen gifts. It was simple and free, so its hard to beat that. They have a few paid features which I'm thinking about purchasing, but I haven't bought them yet.

I really like this app and am hoping it brings more traffic to my site. I am not technologically savvy and had trouble installing the code. I received an email stating, that I'd downloaded the app but it was not installed. I responded explaining my difficulty. A tech then installed the app for me correctly. I am a new store and have received a handful of reviews. I am looking forward to generating more.

Good app would be five stars ( and a great app) but customers keep saying they try and leave a review through the email and it doesn't work and that they have to go back to the site and leave it there, I am sure I would have more reviews if this was fixed

I love LOVE Yotpo reviews! My customers do too! The app is very easy to use and the widget was easy to set up and customize. I love that my customers can receive nudges to complete a review after ordering and I can reward them with a coupon for completing a review (no matter how they rate my products). I've gotten 24 reviews and my review page gets almost as many hits as my products page! Did I mention I can send the reviews to my store's FB and Twitter feeds right from the app? Yotopo installed very easily. They send you updates whenever someone leaves a review, and it works very fluidly with both my Shopify page and my Facebook Fan page. Five star Grade A work!!!!

I've been using Yotpo for 3 months now. It is excellent for soliciting reviews and putting that part of your job on cruise control. If you only use it for reviews I recommend their service. However, their paid Rich Snippets service is seriously lacking. I've had no short of 7 occasions in which the rich snippets stop showing up in Google organic search. Each time I have to reach out to their service department via email and often receive a flippant email back and they close the ticket as if the issue has been solved. Their solutions are also less than ideal - if you look at my site you'll notice a text based star rating under the Product Title. Looks out of place but they say that's all they can do? Often they don't respond when I request a different solution. It will be a good day when Shopify integrates these features as standard out of the box.

Great customer service and easy to implement. A decent amount of customization too.
