Great app! ***** It's not often in life or business you get something for nothing, however Yotpo have addressed that statment by offering this app. The app is not only free but it also works really well, with as yet I have had no issues. My customers are incouraged to leave an honest review via an email request that you can design to meet your needs. I like how I can tailor the review section to fit in with my site design and I love the fact I can bounce my reviews onto social media and control the way they are displayed and frequency they are uploaded. I hold high hopes that this review app will increase my business online. Thanks Yotpo

Great app. Works flawlessly. Responsive customer support. Room for improvement would be the ability to back-date reviews as I am manually copying over reviews from Amazon as they come in.

Great App. tested it for a few months now and slowly getting the hang of it. Thumps up for 1. I love the fact that customers can write a review right in the review request email. They do not need to be redirected to do this. 2. Love that reviews can be posted on twitter and facebook. Integrates well with these platforms. 3. Love the reviews tab on the website too and the options to automate or manually post reviews. I gave it 4 stars because I'd like to be able to integrate customer pictures. Can this be done? If so, I'll definitely be giving a 5 star rating! Great App.

Really easy to use. Love watching the reviews roll in and getting feedback from the ones who have purchased and are using our photoshop tools. Having an online presence kind of disconnects you from your audience and this app is awesome for finding out what they really think. It was easy to install and i loved the coupons options for reviews. I love how it integrates with Facebook and Twitter automatically. The tracking info is also very nice and on a free app, I can't believe what it can do for you. We love this app. Just give it a try.

Back into early this year, we switched from another review app to Yotpo. Everything is wonderful and smooth. We just wished that the review stars can show up in the collection page before entering product page. But we have seen Yotpo team working diligently to improve their app and adding more functions over the course of this year. Last weekend we found that Yotpo added code that you can add review stars and we quickly pasted to our codes to show star rating but we failed. We emailed Yotpo on Sunday and got response from Lucy on Morning and Tuesday morning everything is fixed and in place and the review stars show on our collection view nicely. Thanks for a timely and great job! Besides the start rating, we found that the Yotpo added coupon promotion in emails sent out to customers. And lots of other thoughtful features are added this year. Very happy to switch Yotpo. Great job you have done!

Very good app if a touch slow at the dashboard (not on our site) but that might just be down to scaling issues. I'd recommend this app to any Shopify store owner.

I find this app to be just what the doctor ordered. Very easy install. Polite interface for customizing. Great options for that customization, and the variable ability to drop this into any area I like within my theme is great. Traffic is up, conversations are being had and it has spawned something I didn't consider happening; reviewers are also visiting our blogs and commenting/sharing those. Bounce rate is down, and time per page is up. Fantastic. Highly recommend.
