I have only been using the app for a few days, and it's easy to use. Ran into a slight issue with the importing which resulted in duplicates but Joian Z provided fantastic support and assurances to resolve the issue. So far so good.

Yotpo is fantastic and my agent, Arven was a life saver when they helped me connect my store and restore my reviews that I thought I lost. Amazing! I ended up having to call back in and Doner P was outstanding and assisted with all of my queries. Patient and understood exactly what I needed to get done.

customer service is great and app is very user friendly. lots of features even for the free plan.
