After service was very nice. even if i am not familiar with technique, they taught me very precisely.

I use Yotpo to generate customer reviews for my store. Since I have a payed account now I have the possibility to integrate pictures and other gadgets. Junalou helped me in setting this all up in the way that I wanted it to be. Thank you for your great support. That was fast and great work.

I recently was having trouble with my reviews showing on my site and I tried trouble shooting my self with no avail. I submitted a request via email and. Response time and their customer service is not only stellar but they fixed everything for me but from my inquiry all the way to the end result was a great experience. I’m so grateful to Sheen in particular. Sheen let me know everything that was going on, kept me up to date throughout the process and explained and showed the changes so if I needed it to be done different the changes count made immediately. I absolutely love this app and all they have to offer but the people behind make it even better.

Amazing App followed by amazing customer service that did everything for me with the installation. Gimbert has been so helpful and has a fabulous personality.

I have tried several other apps for review management. Yotpo has been so much easier to use, so intuitive, and much more successful at getting new reviews. I also had some difficulty in installing and support responded within a few hours and had the situation corrected Pronto. Excellent service and great product. UPDATE 5/7/2021 - I had to update my theme and of course messed up my yotpo setting. Got Manny on the live chat and within 20 minutes everything was back working again. Fast, polite, and accurate. Excellent service!!!

Just got off live chat support with Gimbert. I've contacted Yotpo a few times since I'm new to their app and the customer service team is always so helpful. I love the app and as a small business owner I find it very productive and useful on collecting reviews for my store. Review Update* Sheen from the Yotpo customer service team has been working alongside with me on an issue with a 3rd party app that I needed blacklisted. Sheen was extremely communicative and listened to my needs as a consumer using this app and went above and beyond to help fulfill them. Thank you so much!

So far this app is working great.... I look forward to when I have enough sales to upgrade and get their widgets. I contacted support twice and both times everything was very speedy. Second contact my service agent Noren, was particularly excellent.

I have been using Yotpo for just over a month, however my site has some untraditional structuring that made me need unique code. The team at Yotpo- Sheen in particular - was so helpful and responsive. They helped me edit my theme to ensure that Yotpo was functioning effectively. Highly recommend!

I needed help with a small snippet of code, talked to Junalou from support. He was great and got the issue taken care of in seconds. It took more time for me to explain the issue and to get the answer. Yotpo has be great for displaying our reviews. Manny was a big help in importing our existing reviews that we collected over the past year.
