It's a great app. So happy with the set up, so simple and easy. I just had a little hard time with the places I put the code (I am not good at coding), thankfully the chat room was there and Junalou was able to help me. He was so fast, understood me very well and so helpful. I will definitely recommend the app.

This app makes collecting reviews from customers more efficient and the widgets to display the reviews are pretty slick and professional looking. Really improves the appearance of your site and customer experience. Best of all, customer support is awesome. Gimbert and Anne were really able to work with me to customize the widget and troubleshoot.

The customer service at Yotpo is by far one of the best I have seen. Ed was able to help me import reviews from a different app I was using. No comment about the app yet but it seems like the resources are there to help me with the transition.

Jo Lorenz helped me to place the review widget - the service was excellent! I think I am probably one of thousands who rates this app highly. It is an essential service for any shop owner, more of an essential than an extra. Before I had Yotpo I was relying on customers to come back and write a review - but alas this did not happen. The minute I installed Yotpo they emailed my customers with a reminder and the reviews came pouring in! Highly recommended.
