I use the App to get product reviews from customers. Ronel, the online chat assistant was very helpful and patient with me. Everything worked well. I just had to wait a few minutes for the install to become visible. Highly recommend

Mary Ann and Gimbert have helped me set up Yotpo and move it to my desired location. Both are amazing and very helpful.

Jo was very helpful and efficient. Another associate kindly transferred me back to Jo when I accidentally ended the chat - this ensured continuity in trying to resolve the issue.

I used this app to add reviews to my shopify site. Unfortunately, I was not able to figure out how to customize it myself after the app automatically added the reviews but I reached out via the chat option and Ronel did a perfect job getting it to look exactly how I wanted it to and even guided me and showed me how I can customize some colors...oh and this was done at like 11pm as well!

Really fast and efficient and patient customer service. Was able to help me navigate the widget and get me on my way.

My reviews were not showing on my website, but after chatting with the support team they were able to get them displayed. I rate the app 4 stars because of the price and the limitations. However I would give 5 stars to the support agent Orly.

2021 update: Still with yotpo I most say there app and customer service is top snotch, I definitely would not be shopping around for any other review apps, yotpo has all you need. Customer support is super calm and patient. Thank you guys again! 2019: So I changed theme and it came with a review of it's own. However didnt like it as it doesn't provide the services Yotpo does. I contacted Yotpo and they went ahead and had the codes for me, it was stress free as usually some companies I've dealt with send an article how to add the code. Anyways I'm very happy with this app and now my review stars are exactly where they are suppose to be!

Jo Lorenz was very helpful in explaining how to install the star rating code. I had no further questions after.

I enjoy the app, but did not know if customer could upload pictures. I chatted with support and they were very helpful explaining what I needed to know about how the app works and how customer can upload an image along with their reviews. Did not take long for replys. Thank you Yopto

I tried shopify reviews and another company before using Yotpo. Yotpo is head and shoulders better than all the rest. Highly recommend. I had some import issues and Elven helped me out and was great. Highly recommend.

Yotpo is a great product review platform and really helps with SEO. Additionally, their customer support staff is exceptional. Rilu Jane was excellent and really helped me with all the questions I had asked. 5/5.

Nice surprise to see Yotpo customer service much much improved since we first started working with them a few years back. Ed was fantastic. Super quick to respond and made the fix directly for me within minutes - would have taken me ages figuring it out myself - thank you Ed and Yotpo!

While sorting out a separate problem for me I was chatting to tech support about the issue I have with selling one of a kind items, i.e. the item usually disappears from the store soon after sale, taking any reviews with it. Gimbert was super helpful, showed me how I could have a series of reviews appear at the bottom of each listing in my store via the SEO page, available on the free plan. So no more tedious manually adding reviews to a separate page for me. I am really happy with the appearance of multiple reviews on each listing, and only wish I had known about it sooner. Tech support responded to my inquiries very quickly and had the new look published for me really quickly. Highly recommended.

I transferred my reviews from Judge me. It's been a little tricky getting it all working seamlessly. But the customer service at YotPo is perfect. They're immediately responsive and understand exactly what I need.
