Reviews for Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I have been using Yotpo for a couple of years and I think it is fantastic. It adds store credibility and the backend is great to use. I have also utilised the Yotpo support team for when I have needed to customise the reviews page viewing experience on our store and the team has responded and supported me efficiently!

Manny was just amazing. He added the review widgets for my website and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was working correctly. Thank you so much Manny - you are my hero!

Must have app for reviews and referrals. Customer support is pretty amazing - Anne was extremely helpful and assisted in our switch from another review platform.

Listen!!! I came from another platform and for some reason my reviews did not transfer over properly...My agent helped me get all of it sorted out. It took several hours, however I did not feel rushed at all, the agent was very helpful and patient. I recommend them to anyone based on service, patience and results!!

Yotpo is the Crème de la crème of social reviews, in addition to the great product - the service is of the best quality. My reviews were not populating because I merged product variants into one product, and I spoke to someone at Yotpo on chat (Eunice) and even though she (not sure if it's a real person) said it was out of the scope of work, she would help repopulate them and she did within the hour! Great service!

I moved from Loox to Yotpo and I have to say, the customer service is way better, I have little knowledge on how to add widgets on different parts of my website and Eunice took the time to help me through. This app is worth the money
