I love this app, the support was amazing and i am happy that they give us the option to put the code manually, which helped me know exactly where the app codes are on which page and where they are on the page. Another great option is the SEO page that not every app offers it.

I have been using Yotpo for some time and today I purchased the growth plan to install the reviews carousel widget. At first I found that yotpo website does not show detailed information on how to install the widget on my shopify theme. However, then I turned to yotpo support chat and the person helping me was just awesome. The yotpo staff looked deeply into my request, changing, editing, double checking everything after my request. I am very satisfied with the customer support. Also, the growth plan cost is lower if your monthly order count is less, which is also a good point for attracting customers. Thumbs up!

The app is great, but even greater is the customer service. I used the help bubble to ask a question and the assistant not only told me it was possible but went on to fix the issue for me along with some coding he changed to optimise my website, just because he noticed it could be better. Amazing! 10/10 service.

We really love using and having Yotpo integrated on our site. It's hands down the best review app out there. The support is incredible as well. Sheen and Eunice are incredible. We're so appreciative!

Don was the MOST HELPFUL OF ALL. Don troubleshooted my problem quickly and then the same question I have asked many he actually had the right answer for me and helped my upgrade my plan without paying the $149 after I thought that was the only plan we could upgrade to. I now get 100 photo reviews and other perks of paying $29 per month.

Yopto is the BEST! I was super stressed because I decided to switch platforms I was currently using Godaddy and decided to switch to Shopify and I needy my reviews imported to my Shopify store. When I say Rilu from yotpo made everything so easy was very patient with me and also responded back and got my reviews on my Shopify store in a timely manner. THANK YOU YOTPO YOUR BEST !! I use the App to get product reviews from customers. Ronel, the online chat assistant was very helpful and patient with me. Everything worked well. I just had to wait a few minutes for the install to become visible. Highly recommend
