It's a great app with amazing support for any issues that popup. I really like the Growth plan that is very reasonable priced and includes getting the star rating to show on Google search. It is already helping with both click-through and conversion.

Manny from customer support solved a problem for me in a matter of minutes that I was struggling with for MONTHS. I would've reached out sooner if I'd known customer support chat was so smooth. I'm in love with my website now! Reviews and social proof are so important to me as a business owner. Yotpo has the best looking review widgets and carousels for your site!

I contacted Yotpo customer service chat because I was having problems seeing my reviews and star ratings on my website. Ronel the customer service rep helped me installed the proper widgets on my website and within minutes I was able to see the reviews and star ratings.

These guys are amazing. I was looking to hire someone to help with implementation but the guy in the chatbox is ready to roll and help get everything set up. If you don't have YOTPO installed on your shopify store you are missing out.

We've been using Yotpo for over 2 years now and couldn't be happier. Using Yotpo has been great for our store. The interface is very easy to navigate and the customer service, particularly James and Manny, is always very responsive and helpful!

There was a glitch in their system and my customers weren't getting their reviews. The employees were attentive and helped me work through the issue and manually sent the reviews to those who hadn't received review emails. But would be sure to keep an eye on emails to ensure it doesn't occur to your shop. I had another incident with the site - it stopped sending reviews altogether. It seems to be really unreliable.
