I added the app, but the colours weren't sitting well with our theme and made the copy unreadable. The support team helped me to change these colours over live chat really quickly. I feel they could be there for any other small support changes.

Just installed the app and had some doubts, the customer service is very quick to respond and James helped me clear my doubts and resolve my problem, Really looking forward to use their service to maximize our sales in near future.

I needed to change the opacity and color of my reviews tab after doing a Google Analysis. Donald from Growth Support answered my chat and helped me navigate. I went back later to check and it was unable to save. The great thing is that Yotpo sends the chat and I was able to respond and still chat with Donald who fixed it for me and now it's live. Capturing reviews from our customers is such a breeze. Also, the customer service is phenomenal! Whenever I need help, the agents are only a chat away and are always able to take care of my problems. One particular agent, Kenneth John stood out to me the most. He was quick to get my reviews back on my website after a theme change and took care of another issue that I saw, with no hesitation. SO beyond thankful for Yotpo and the Yotpo team!
