This app gets my store lots of great reviews. It's easy to use for both me and the customer. The dedicated SEO page was easy to install with the help from Support. Allen was very helpful and quick, he talked me through it and it was done in a few minutes.

The Yotpo widget wasn't visible on my site because i changed the theme. I must say that Mark and Ronel were a great help. They were really patient and resolve the issue quickly and made sure that everything worked properly before ending the chat.

There are so many features even on the free option that it can be a little overwelming at first. A message to support and Kaiser came to the rescue doing a quick install for us, it's not quite as it should be but I'm totally confident Kaiser will resolve this quickly. I would see us upgrading plan to a paid version very soon.

I needed my reviews to be redirected to a new listing and the chat agent was very helpful. It is also very helpful that the chat support is available 24/7. I am also glad that these features are available to the free subscribers and you don't have to pay extra to use the functions of the app.
