Yotpo not only helps us to generate reviews but also helps to get additional sales coming from auto-response emails. They have a very responsive and helpful support team in case any help is needed. Fantastic support from the team. Donald U quickly helped us get to the bottom of the issues we were having with the reviews integration.

Requested customer service through the app Chat. Manny T has very helpful, my issue was sorted out within minutes.

I like this app though it should be easier to locate new reviews. The best part is when Donald U helped set up the reviews carousel in my Shopify site! I tried myself wasted a lot of time so tried chat and Donald had my carousel up and running on my site in minutes! It’s such a tremendous benefit to have chat agents like Donald who are available and competent !!

A great review app, I was able to start managing my reviews without going through long tutorials. The basics are very intuitive. I also had a small configuration issue and within minute their help chat fixed the issue. Great support service. I had to contact for support a second time and there was no wait time, they helped me with a settings issue and I was done in less than 3 minutes. Great service.

Its not cheap but most powerful review app we have used and support has been v quick whenever we have had an issue or needed something amended
