First of all, Manny in support team is the best! Cant recommend more! I just got some technical questions as I saw the total rating of the shop in all the products on the collection page. I had followed the trouble shoot but still didn't find a solution. I thought it would take days for the support to assist but the support team is really a top rated team!! Manny in the support team has just helped me via live chat. I didn't even have to wait for someone to come back to me. The team is just there! Manny is very helpful and brilliant. My problem was sorted out remotely. Super happy customer!

Great app, definitely one of the cleanest looking review apps. Eduardo R was very helpful on the support chat when needed.

Although I decided to uninstall the app for now, these 5 stars are for their customer service is top-notch. Ronel assisted me with removing the Yotpo coding. He cut right to the chase and provided a resolution. He also helped me with exporting my reviews. I plan to come back to Yotpo when I'm able to afford their higher plan but overall, a really good app, just pricey for new business owners.

Donald was great and helpful that's why I said 5 stars. But your platform needs some work due to customers not receiving reviews by email.

I have been using Yotpo free plan. I am impressed with the support they extended in configuring the app while I was switching over to a new Online 2.0 Shopify theme.

Best review app around! Lots of extra features, easy to use, best widgets that are customizable, and best customer service, too. It's easy to get answers to questions and get help with any issues (thanks Allen!)

I feel that yotpo is very easy to use, and the customer service staff also provided me with a good service during the process of using it.

Customer service was truly world class. My reviews stopped working due to a shopify update. My man Ronel had it fixed within the hour.

I had some troubleshooting that Mark Oliver helped me out with. He was great! He went above and beyond to go into my account to edit my coding.

Great work thank spent time to fix issues what i have been putting off for months...................

レビューに表示される名前が注文時の氏名の「姓の一文字と、名前」のため、日本人だと注文時の個人情報である本名がほぼ全て表示されることになります。そのため、日本人からのレビューを受ける可能性がある店ではレビュー者の氏名が表示されないようにコードを追加する必要があります。 詳細を調べようと思っても、説明はすべて英語です。 しかし常に担当の方にチャットで問い合わせることができるようになっていて、サポートを受けることができます。慣れないコードのコピーで戸惑っていたところ、丁寧なサポートをしていただき、無事に導入することができました。 チャットが日本語でできるとさらに良いのですが、日本語は全く通じません。でもウェブ翻訳でも理解していただいて、サポートをしていただけます。 Rhenantさん、マークオリバーさん、ありがとうございました。
