I've recently downloaded the Yotpo app to enhance my customer reviews. I had some difficulty adding the star review to display to exactly where I wanted it on the product page, but received fantastic help from Eduardo R - he was so quick to respond and was able to resolve the issue for me right away. Now my star ratings are displayed prominently and it looks awesome. Super happy with my experience with Yotpo so far :) I also received great help from Eunice with another query. Super quick to respond and fantastic customer service. Thank you.

Eduardo IS THE BEST! My theme was updated so I have lost all the reviews, and Eduardo fixed everything for me right away! I have 16 apps installed and YotPo has the best and fastest customer service! I will be customer for life!

Yotpo is one of the oldest apps I've been using on my Shopify store and I cannot imagine my site without it. It sends out good-looking review requests, organizes all the reviews, and allows customers to ask questions. Highly recommended! Btw, James from the support team helps me to update review widgets to the new theme, was very polite, and done with it very fast and professionally, thanks a lot!

A huge thank you to the excellent customer support team at Yotpo. I have now set the app up on eight sites, at two different levels, and running two different themes. I have had to contact support for installation issues a couple of times, but primarily to update the admin email address (which I had to do for all of the sites). The app is running great so far and I cannot fault support. Thank you to all I have dealt with: Eduard, Lemuel, Howell, Nick s, Rilu Jane, Kenneth John M, Ronel R, Lemuel and lastly but by no means least, Eunice P. Happy so far.

Donal was really helpful fixing my problems and kind. thank you I was stuck with how to fixed my reviews that's not showing under my products I am glad he fixed it.

When you look at the amount of reviews, you know the app is good at what it's meant to do. And if there's something you need help with, customer support is super fast and responsive.

We are still trying the review platform but we can say Yotpo has an excellent Customer Service, thanks especially to Rhenant for the help :)
