I wanted to insert a reviews carousel to our front page. Orly installed it for me in under 20 minutes from me sending an email to support seeing it live. Cannot fault support. Excellent!

We have been really happy with the app. Now that reviews are coming in we can do more with the customizations. We had a few challenges during the installation but the support team was very responsive and we fixed the issues quickly. Great App

I just started using this app with mixed results. It presents the reviews well on my product pages, but I have customers say that they try and fill out the review request and they get error messages. One couldn't fill in the text box and after submitting review it go a message that said "page not found". It's too bad because they love our product, but I can't badger them to keep trying to fill out the review

review request analaysis was helped out and to add my loggo . Radley and I got disrupted several times by bad connection but when I logged back into the chat the colleagues could easily reconnect me wto Radely which was very smooth

We were able to get all the featured we needed for our site the chat help is also good. I recommend them.

Although I decided to uninstall the app for now, these 5 stars are for their customer service is top-notch. Ronel assisted me with removing the Yotpo coding. He cut right to the chase and provided a resolution. He also helped me with exporting my reviews. I plan to come back to Yotpo when I'm able to afford their higher plan but overall, a really good app, just pricey for new business owners.
