James was a great help, I hadn't installed my widget properly but he fixed my issues really quickly!

Nick was very helpful in answering some questions I had about using this service. It should be more obvious that certain features are not available to certain plans such as the [ESCALATE] email feature on review moderation screen.

We were a little confused at first but we contacted their support service immediately. Was very impressed by how fast and patient they were regarding my queries even though we have multiple questions!

Great! Donald & Eunice helped me and was super helpful. He assisted with installing the reviews on my new theme and adjusted the margins for me.

I was having issues with the automatic install of the app and I used the chat to get some assistance. Eduardo R went above and beyond what I expected and helped me remove my old review box, install the Yotpo one, and even add a title for it using my website theme. I was genuinely impressed with how much he was able to help with.

App is awesome, Allent & Lemuel are awesome. They helped me set everything up quickly and just the way that i wanted it and continue to be super helpful whenever I need them

So far so good. I was having a little bit of a challenge getting all my widgets in place. I reached out through the chat and received a response right away. Radly was very patient and helped me with all of my concerns as well as getting my widgets in place.

Doner was such a big help and answered all my questions. I was able to get our reviews up and running in less than half a day and he helped with a few suggestions to optimize our site.

Allen was very helpful. I had minor issues installing on 2.0 but they knocked it out pretty quick. Grateful for speedy service.

The app is great, helps to give my customers peace of mind about the quality of the items in my shop-- and I'm also very happy with my recent tech support experience. After changing my theme the reviews weren't displaying properly and I couldn't figure out how to fix it on my own. It did require manually reinstalling, but the person who worked with me took care of it and was very pleasant and beyond helpful.

For some odd reason all of my reviews had been removed from my online platform, I jumped on the chat and had someone helping me within two minutes!
