We use Yotpo "growth", but for the startup, it has enough functionality to go around. What I really enjoy is their customer support, super fast to respond and quick to help you solve the problems you're facing with as much detail as possible. Kudos to Yotpo rep Lemuel.

This app is great to collect reviews on your store! Their support is great! I had a problem with connecting my Facebook, and their help desk was exactly that-helpful! UPDATE: I had questions today about my account with YotPo, I talked to Eunice and all my questions were answered quickly over their web chat! Quick and easy!

It can be installed automatically, however, as the account issue, I select manual. It need a little knowledge about coding. The give me good professional service team. quick respond. good product. thank you.

Absolutely superb customer service. I reached out to Yotpo needing some help with integration. Literally, within less than 10 minutes, Ronel R had our widget and star ratings displayed perfectly on our live site. If you need help, just use the "chat" feature on the bottom-right and hope that you get Ronel R to help you!

Jeorge from customer service was great, very helpful team. Have just started using Yotpo but so far so good. I did have to manually install this as our theme (debut) wasn't compatible with the auto-install, but was still easy with their instructions.

Speedy response by Donald. The app was glitching with an update on the theme and it was promptly fixed.

I have been with Yotpo since 2015. I am disappointed to find Yotpo doesn't compare well with reviews.io, they offer a more comprehensive package for a cheaper price. i.e custom questions, customer images and Google rich snippets. I tried contacting support but a robotic support agent didn't reassure me.

Customer support is great. Easy to integrate to our shop. Have used this on other shops and have always had good success.
