In our first few days using Yotpo reviews, I haven't been able to figure out how to do something twice. (I do think the app could benefit from tool tips, guides, and/or other more instructional info regarding setting up/getting started). Both times I used Yotpo chat and was helped very efficiently and effectively by the customer service team members. I am very pleased with their customer service so far. And I look forward to being able to speak to the rest of the app in the hopefully near future.

Misleading pricing information. Also, to be able to get Google Product Ratings, it's $119/mo for only 250 orders where other platforms offer much less for 1,000+ orders. Unfortunately I'm switching after 3 years of use.

So far we are very happy with Yotpo. They have excellent customer service and the app is very user friendly.

I was having trouble with my reviews showing on my site. I finally emailed and received an immediate response from Eunice that the problem was taken care of. I so appreciate the quick response and fix. My time is better spent creating products. Not techy stuff!

I like this app's offerings overall. I had some issues where it was sending review requests automatically before I was able to set up the email header and that was frustrating but besides that mishap, the service is great for a small business and customer service chat line is quick to help

This is a very user friendly app...but still, I couldn't figure something out and I was able to message someone (Eduardo R) for help at 9pm on a Monday. He helped me right away, it took a few minutes and I was able to move on to the next item on my task list! Just had another great experience! Rilu Jane B helped me SO much! I feel like I owe her $1000 because her help was so valuable!

Great customer support. I had issues seeing the widget on an unpublished theme I was working on for our website and Orly not only fixed the issue but also provided details for where the change was made.

This app is awesome! I use it because I have Yotpo and they help me with my reviews. The one thing I love about Yotpo is when I'm having trouble with my reviews, they won't close your ticket out until they are sure your problem is solved. I had the pleasure of working with Sheen and he was a very big help. I definitely appreciate it!

The customer service is available 24/7 with knowledge representative. The last time we had an issue Ronel R from customer support helped us in less than 5 minutes. Ronel was very fast and efficient in isolating the problem and solving it. We would 100% recommend this app to everyone for its great customer support.
