I've been happily using the free version of Yotpo for several years. Now that I'm rebranding with new colors, I needed a little help getting everything in the widget to display perfectly. Fortunately, Donald answered the other end of the chat. He was extremely attentive to my inquiries and truly went above & beyond to assist me. I was stuck setting up YotPo and Kenneth John M fixed the code issue ASAP. Thanks for your help! Glad I chose YotPo and not the others I conisdered.

Had trouble setting up Yopto Star ratings within the Dawn 2.0 theme, Gimbert was able to easily and quickly fix the issue with no problems at all. So far I can only recommend the support given with 5/5 stars!

Overall the app works well - a few minor issues, especially with German language translation, but no deal breaker. Great customer service - especially from Donald U.

Just wow! I have been trying to get the reviews fixed for some time. Junalou came through and fixed everything for me and even added some extra review coding for my products page. I don't have a lot of time to be working on apps, etc. and Junalou took charge and made it all happen. The conversation rocked, they knew what to do, and just great people to work with. Much aloha!

Reviews are critical for social proof Yotpo helps you get reviews and when you need help the customer service was great.

The app is great, but the customer service is amazing. They helped me to install some widgets and the service was fast and effective.

The app is great. very user friendly. although i needed the developers help to install it. the only drawback for me was that you cant edit the email look and feel on the free plan. but on the plus side their support is FANTASTIC
