Customer service was brilliant! I had only just installed the App into my Shopify store and had a few questions that I couldn't find the answers in the Help Centre. The online Chat feature was brilliant - Orly P. was very helpful, and was able to give me the exact help I needed. I can't wait to get started using this App now.

Sceptical at first but Yotpo intergrates brilliantly with Shopify 2 stores. We had a small issue with Google Snippets not working with our Outofthesandbox theme but Ed quickly sorted the problem and we now have 5star reviews showing in organic Google listings. Our main problem is that we're getting too many 5* reviews from happy customers (who are keen to leave reviews) but Google thinks we're not genuine!! Nice problem to have! The reviews definitley make a difference and we were able to pull our reviews in from Etsy using another app so we instantly had over 1500 ***** reviews to kick us off. Brilliant app. Brilliant support. Brilliant reviews
