RUN AWAY! We tried to make the switch from Judge.me to Yotpo in order to get the Google trusted reviews integration. We have the enterprise version so we had a custom implementation. The implementation took 7 months due to lots of issues on the implementation and account management teams, and it FINALLY went live yesterday - at which point over 10,000 customers were mistakenly sent review requests for extremely old purchases, in some cases orders made 6 months ago. We're now dealing with a flood of confused and annoyed customers. This was after being assured that only customers who ordered in the last ~3 weeks would be emailed. Literally the least professional and biggest waste of time I've ever encountered.

Very helpful and responsive. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure that all of my questions are thoroughly answered.

Though on the pricier side, Yotpo gets 5 star for the exceptional customer service they offer. There LIVE chats are second to none and their support team members go all out of their way to resolve your concern. A special mention for Orly P who very promptly resolved one of my issues.

They are so helpful and they really help you with installation, very quick in responding to online chats and they really seem to care for us. I would definitely recommend using these guys.

Great support by Allen from yotpo. The tool looks good as well so far allthough I need to still test it some more to make sure.

Good app, does what it's meant to do. Free for most of it, but very limited options/design if you're not paying for it's upgraded plan. Customer service is very good though, Yotpo Albert V is very quick & proactive to help solve my problems faced with the app.

I didn't know that display star distribution and photo review. I asked how to use application. Daniel and Doner P is very helpful.

UPDATE 2022: Best app! Plus their customer service is great, Kenn was super fast and helpful today. Love this app! I've had it on my website for a long while now. I only had one problem with it recently and it was resolved smoothly, thanks Annie. A must have on your store!

automatically sets to send out emails to your customers. I downloaded the app and then one day later it sent out over 200 emails to my customers without me turning that one or having a chance to edit the email.

Great support! I've used their rewards program and now learning to use their review app. Will be learning more about their products in time.
