You can set up automation emails to your customers once they've purchased from you, you'll then get an email to confirm the review, and then the review will show up on your website. 5 out of 5 stars!

I used this app to help me gather my reviews, while it requires playing a round with coding (which Im not savvy with) I had a great experience with a rep name Junalou who helped with all the confusion, very hands on and went above and beyond finding other areas that needed to be corrected. While Im still playing with the app and seeing how it compares with the other one I used previously I'll be back with another review!

Customer service is very responsive. Had a question regarding manual review upload and Ronel got back to us quickly with the info we needed.

Overall Yotpo are definitely the best out there to which they have nice Google review integration. Great support from Kenneth John M at Yotpo as well.

For customer service, I give them a 5 star rating. Albert V was my chat support person and they were really helpful, patient, and eager to solve my issue. Our store is still just learning this platform and are getting quite a lot from the free version. We will be upgrading to a paid plan for the extra features in the near future.

Kenneth John M was the absolute best. I'm not computer savvy and his patience and him helping me add things to my website really made things much much easier for me. Need more people like him in the world!

I like the fact that Yotpo automatically sends review requests to customers and publishes them on the site.

We have been using Yotpo to collect reviews by email after purchase, and it works. Overall a good app. Good customer support too, most recently from Rein.
