Funnily enough this app's name is quite fitting. Quite swell indeed. Even through a free plan, the customisation options are rather numerous and optimisation for branding colours, text, and so on, is great. The paid features are interesting, and with the lowest paid plan being fantastically priced in comparison to other loyalty apps, and also containing a good amount of content, we feel that Swell is definitely our favourite so far for customer rewards and loyalty. Superb development, and responsible pricing. Will definitely recommend.

So far this app is great! Easy to setup and not much to manually do. Fully automated! I like the referral program; will help with bring traffic to my site!

This app is really helpful. I have installed it recently, now I have a few new email substriptions already. They have a great customer support. I got help from Danreb who was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Swell is good when it works but when it doesn't good luck with getting ANY help! you are passed off to a another company Yotpo support who is of no help and you are left to try and sort it out yourself if I had my time over I wouldn't use SWELL now all my customers points are set up here and I cant get support I am stuck here...beware!!

This is Very helpful. I am thinking about upgrading my account to a golden level. This app is very easy to use, friendly and fully functional.

I used to scale my e-commerce business. I like the simple customization tools. I wish it had more options.

I have a brand new shop in Shopify. Long chose a loyalty program and stopped at Sell. Clear advantages: * This application develops your customer base and develops with your store. * It becomes paid when it makes a profit. * The application takes into account not only purchases and birthdays, but the fact that a grateful client shares your content in social networks. Support pleases! Because of the time difference, I get answers a day later and this is the only inconvenience. But the level of service at the height. Most of the time Bernard answers my questions. Everything is always very clear and attentive. I put 5 stars!

Just getting started with this app, but so far it is performing well. Really like customization options and am excited to see how offering a rewards and referral program will help increase conversions on my site.

The app was fairly easy to set up. My only issue is when needing assistance the help wasn't there. I believe customer service is key, but I am not feeling warm an bubbly at the moment. Not sure if that is because currently I am receiving the free service. Which should not make a difference.

I appreciate how they helped me with a little problem I had with the rewards popup. Very efficient, very quick, very kind.

Now everything works well. The application is in the mobile application, but everything works fine. The technical support is more than wonderful and very patient. Very easy too, I've tried what I have about 6 apps I can tell you this is the best, I advise you to talk with Rickson It will guide you and respond to all queries at lightning speed

Very positive experience with this app so far. I had some troubles on my end and they were very quick to respond and help me resolve the problem. I also appreciate the tiered plan they offer to allow us small shops time to build our customer base before moving up to the next paid tier. There are so many apps I would like to use to build my shop up for simple things that Shopify doesn't offer, but can't afford/justify paying the extra monthly fee at this time. So, thank you SO very much for offering this service for free for the little guys.

I install this app to help me gain extra sales, there was a couple of problems when I first installed, these issues were quickly resolved. Great App
