Took me a bit to learn, but once I navigated to all the different settings, I was able to get the rewards ready for our customers to start signing up. Great useful tool for giving incentives to our customers.

Its easy to use and I love it... You can use this app in a lot of ways. I recommend it to everyone.

Maybe if I leave a bad review, someone will finally reach out to us to help with installation questions? No contact/chat options anywhere. Not integrating anything that doesn't work properly and the interphase is not intuitive. The potential for the app seems nice but it currently feels spammy and convoluted.

I used this app to provide automatic incentives to my customers. They have a plan for everyone. I like how it allows you to create and fully customize your coupons. I think they could improve with more popup templates. My overall experience using the app was really easy and useful. I enjoy the fact that my customers can earn points when they refer their friends.

POOR support I rate 1 star for now. I have been contacting the support many times, but no response even with the Gold Plan.

Phenomenal app to encourage word-of-mouth and exponential. Great for keeping loyal customers as well as getting them to pull in their friends to your business!

It's cool, but ... WAAAAAAAAYY Too Expensive just to use the simple features you essentially need like rewards page. You'll have to do a lot of work just to have something for your clients to interact with and redeem points; setting it up is also not easy. The actions are easy to take, but there are no real guides jumping out to help you along the way like with basically every other app we've ever seen and used in shopify. Their videos on youtube are 2 years old and don't match the current dashboard. The app just costs way too much. $29 a month just to have a program of which you need to do a lot of designing on your own to make it functional on your website or $299 a month if you have a simple 120 orders per month and want something your customers can interact with. What you gain in sales will easily be lost in fees for the app and discounts. Not sustainable.

I am really enjoying this app. It is easy to set up and works very well! I especially like the rewards program.

So far so good. I've only been using the app for about an hour and I'm already impressed. I'll update as I learn more.

Every since we started using this app, it has increased our repeat business tremendously. It is so easy to use and customize. I think every business should have this on their store.

It's an awesome marketing tool for customers to not only earn rewards but to also repeatedly come back. This app makes it easy to customize your reward program and is a must have for your store!

Great app,every shopify store should have this! This seems to track referrals really well,i'll def stick with it! the other options work good and rewards points also work well

I'm still learning how to use this app. I must say it is pretty easy to use and customize. The themes are well laid out and easy to use. Even better a tiered program for VIP clients! Very good work. I got stuck with the view button because I wasn't sure if we needed it to pop-up or hover. There needs to be a way i can be seen by new customers without overcrowding the page. Perhaps i will get the hang of it. Hopefully we don't give up too much and end up loosing. Ha-ha! Will update after a month of use

Unbelievably, the pricing structure is programmed to include Point-of-Sale sales when determining your tier. So not only is Swell structuring what they charge you based on orders that they have absolutely nothing to do with whatsoever (offline sales), but they then want to claim a surcharge per sale for each of those offline sales when your total net number of sales exceeds a certain number (depending on your tier, its 200 for the $29/month plan). As though they deserve payment for your offline sales. Utterly absurd. Swell should be ashamed of themselves. There's plenty of competition in this space to avoid this underhanded approach, even if doing so purely on principle. I believe this is the first negative review I've taken the time to write about any app.
