So far so good! Easy to install and customize, definitely intrigued customers. Customer support was on their toes to let us know they were available if we needed them, which we love!

Great app, lots of features, will take the place of three other apps. Very responsive to questions and able to guide me through a couple hurdles. The customization is awesome and I'm looking forward to the MailChimp integration coming soon. Thank you very much. Scott Fastlaphobby.com

I absolutely love this app! I consider myself lucky I came across it. They have so many features that most companies would charge an arm and a leg for! And it's all either free or very inexpensive. Perfect for a brand new small business like mine. I had a small issue with the app at first and they answered right away, took care of the problem and even followed up the next day. I consider Swell Rewards an essential part of my marketing strategy. I'm still very pumped about it as you can tell!

The app is fantastic so far -- easy to install, and flexible enough to tailor to my shop. I wanted to be able to retroactively reward past customers, and this program allowed me to do that. The customer service is better than any support I have received, with responses within minutes. I only launched the program today, so I'll have to see what the results are, but so far I would definitely recommend this app for any Shopify store owner.

We LOVE this app so far! Easy to install, nice customizable layout that matches my theme color and very user friendly. Customer support was quick and efficient. Reward points are calculated immediately after customers fulfill a campaign. The Free version has got more than enough features for us so far. It's a MUST HAVE app! Thank you guys!!

support - awesome! I was able to use the chat feature at 10pm on Sunday night. user friendly - even more awesome! very easy to set up! I have been looking for an easy rewards program and this seems to fit the bill. easy to connect it to Facebook, Twitter and your blog (via visit a page). I used the bulk discounts app and generated 100's of coupon codes with ease. "Swell" job Swell Rewards!

This is a really helpful app, brings up a lot of sales into my store. they just recently released a newsletter signup feature, which is fully customizable. It will be great for the customers. The support is very helpful and friendly. Very great app! and its free.

I am using the program to set up a rewards system which allows customers to donate to the charity of their choice when they make a purchase. I have received speedy and helpful responses to all of my queries, and am looking forward to enhanced reporting capabilities soon which will make the whole process seamless. Very easy to use.

I've just started using the app, and so far so good! The customer service is right on. Immediately I had an answer to my question and even received personalization for the app on my website. The design fits in really well with my shopify template. Very very happy with these guys. Excited to see my customers make use of this awesome rewards program.

Since it's free, it's nice! I will give you 5 stars as soon as you fix presentation of the banner on iPhones and iPads (in left and right position - banner still horisontal!) And add please customization of the size of the banner! --- UPD: for perfect customer support - I give them 5 STARS! Hope they will fix bugs with iphone banner soon and add size customization for banner.

I've been looking for a reward program for some time to use with my soy candle store that I run through Shopify. After reading many great reviews regarding Swell's ease of integration with Shopify and their excellent customer, I decided to go with them. The setup was one click of the mouse and customizing the campaigns for my needs was very simple. Josh was right there to answer my questions. Just started using Swell, but it looks like a very well designed program. It was the easiest app ever to install, and I had it configured with about 10 minutes of simple work. You will also need to get the Bulk Discount Creator from Shopify, but it's very simple to use. Great chat support too. See it running on my site MauiTropicalSoaps.com

Amazing app. everything works great and is a fun way to obtain promotions (word of mouth propaganda), it is also great to increase customer base and increase brand awareness

Lets be honest. Sometimes it can be hard to find a company that has amazing customer service that is directly linked to the owner. Josh works hard for his clients, and he really put forth the effort to help incorporate this amazing loyalty program into my e-commmerce. His efforts were convincing enough to even get me to switch from one company's loyalty program to this one. Again thank you.

Super easy to set up and I love the fact that it can be customised to visually integrate into a website. This is the only rewards app that also allows social engagement rewards and friend referral rewards within their free plan. It covers all bases of what you'd expect from a rewards programme. The support from these guys is AMAZING (so fast, so helpful) !!! I can't recommend this app and the support behind it highly enough. 10/10

The costumer assistance guy wrote me after couple of day from my first review stating that pagespeed problems were fixed, this quite amazed me as usually reaction time for this kind of request take months. I just tested the app again and I still have -7 points on mobile and -4 for desktop on https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ Sorry guys this won't work for my site.
