Swell changed there system slightly so the video was out of date. This is due to be redone shortly so future users won't have the same experience, The video would have been a problem but the live customer support guided me through the set up step by step. Very helpful thank you Josh

Wow, an incredibly robust loyalty program even at the Free level with top notch customer service. Twice I had to reach out to Josh through Chat (my own oversights) and within a few minutes he explained what I needed to know in a friendly, professional manner. There is a direct Chat portal in the Swell admin page, they make setting it up and getting support as easy as can be.

There are some weeks I tried this app. I thought it was perfect, design and easy to setup. The only problem was that we could not translate the text. I asked the team if they thought put this option. They did this in a week and now everything is perfect !!! I was very excited to find this app because it's the only rewards app that can be translated! Mailchimp and ios app coming ? Really perfect ! I am buying the pro version now.

I realised a week into running this app that if your monthly order count on your store reaches 100 you will need to pay for this app at its price structure at that particular time (which could potentially be more than it is now) as all your customers will lose access to their rewards that they earned if you decline. So I paused the app for now to contemplate this. This app was super easy to install and yeah, you will probably have a few questions at first as I did, but the chat feature, Josh, is right there to help. My questions were mostly "glitch" related - something they knew about and are working on fixing for me. I also did not know I had to create the coupon codes, an extra step that is really easy once you view the video (Josh sent me the link to the video as I must have missed it during the integration process). Creating the coupon codes took about 15 -20 minutes, but I am not that tech savvy and that included watching the video.

Recently I just made the switch to Swell Rewards and I am REALLY happy that I did. This app is really easy to use and it is simple to set up. When you click on the rewards tab off your website, it LOOKS AWESOME and very professional. I think customers will find it very easy to follow and to have instant access to their code for the discount is great. Also, Swell did some upgrading on the app which really makes for better customization. Josh in Customer Support is absolutely fabulous in helping when you have questions. Thank you so much and I really look forward to using this app.

Installed Swell Rewards and test for a week. We contacted support team to help, and promptly reply even after their working hours. I know they are currently working on a major releases, however, they willing to help me for my store setup up to running after working hours at late night. Kudo, it's a great app with superb customer service. Love it. Thanks Swell Rewards! 5 stars.

Just installed this app. Simply put, it's AWESOME! Lot of apps (including the paid ones) looks promising until you hit that roadblock and good luck getting any support. This is a very robust and useful app and yet very intuitive and easy to use. If you have a question or unsure what to do, just use the chat feature and they respond to you right away. I installed the app, created a campaign and added the rewards program/discount coupons in 5 mins. I almost feel bad for the developer using this app for free. This app is incredible, and limited by your imagination. I am still working on other creative ways that my customers can earn points. I liken it to the achievement system or trophy system from Xbox and Playstation. Give this a shot. The free system is more than adequate to help you get a feel for what it can do.

I had installed this app several weeks ago, and at first, only made use of the rewards program. Then, I decided to try the e-newsletter pop-up. I was skeptical that this would help me to gain any new subscribers because I am not a fan of pop-ups, and my store is new, so I've had no experience with them. Let me just say that within 12 hours, my e-newsletter subscriber list jumped by 1/3 -- with an average of one new subscriber an hour since first installing it (in combination with paid FB ads running to drive traffic to the store). Until the past week, I had been struggling to grow my e-newsletter list -- now it is almost effortless. The key is to have some kind of targeted advertising in place to drive customers to the store to get best results. The pop-up is not intrusive, and a good percentage of visitors are actually subscribing because of it. It is easy to tell which customers are using the pop-up as compared to those who are subscribing through other portals in my blog and store. Also -- I am seeing good results with the rewards program sign-ups, too. I am very pleased and will continue to explore this app's features as my shop grows. For a newbie store owner, this app has made the learning process relatively painless -- and allows for growth as my learning increases and my store expands. Thank you!
