We have had a great response from our customers. If you are smart with how you reward your customers you can drive massive traffic to your site in a very quick time. Not to mention the added benefit of collecting customer emails, which is crucial for making that one time customer a long term one. Wow. I mean wow. While I was installing the program and chatting with Swell Support to get it dialed in people started using the app! The future looks bright. But on top of being a super clever app my customer service experience was off the charts. Hats off (their mascot wears a hat) to Josh and the team at Swell! Bravo!

This app has the best customer service. It took Josh less than a minute to help me with a question that I had. The setup process was very easy compared to other apps that I've used. I've actually deleted apps from how difficult they are to install. I wish they were all this easy! Extremely happy and highly recommend.

This app has to be BEST rewards program. Simple and easy to use. Since downloading SWELL I have had an increase in sales. I wish I was using this app earlier. Thank you Josh for walking me thru everything. I appreciate you. A must for your business.

This is my first review that I left for any of the apps I downloaded for Shopify. I had an issue with some font customization for their In-Page widget, I left a message in support and was replied to super fast! James took care of the issue right away for me. I was hesitant about venturing out forward to check out the rest of the Swell app because of this little issue, but it was taken care of rather quickly. I'll tell you what customer support is number one for me in any business. You got my vote Swell. :)

Excellent customer service and technical support. Quit worrying about your loyalty program, and install Swell Rewards. Simple plug n' play, easy to configure, and very customizable. One of the founders, James, even took time to help me configure some strange requests for our store. Got it all up and running within 5 minutes, and our customers are loving it! Increasing sign ups, purchases, and customer retention rates. Huge thanks to the Swell Staff for being so awesome!!

Awesome App! Just set everything up and Im super excited to let all my customers know about the rewards program! I had live support from Josh (co-founder) the entire time and he walked me through a few steps and answered all my questions! Cant wait to see what these guys come out with next!

10stars coz these guys deserve it! Customer support top notch - very friendly and prompt response time. Always happy to assist with whatever request you have, even open to ideas/suggestions about adding more functions & tools. I'm in the process of removing stand alone apps in my store coz these guys have the essential tools all in one place...and MUCH MORE to come. Looking forward to it:)

They have an amazing customer service. I asked for clarifications and many new features and they are really receptive. I don't give them 5 stars just because they lack in some basic features it seems they are going to implement soon. Anyway I tried all the top loyalty apps available in the market and no one has so many points rules as Swell Rewards

We are very excited to start using Swell! It already had most of the features that we were looking for and the customization to make our program come together. This app is super easy to install and really user friendly. You can get help really quickly if you need it. I had two emails answered within a couple of minutes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The only reason I am frustrated is because I waited so long to pursue this thinking it would be way more complicated than it was. I started off with the free version and that is already phenomenal, but within hours I upgraded to the prof version for the extra features and it was 100% worth it. Immediately after announcing this reward program on my site my traffic skyrocketed. Easily one of the most financially savvy decisions I've made so far. When I did have questions they had support answer me within a minute of sending the request! 10/10 Would recommend!

This company is totally professional and their customer services are second to none. If only shopify would grant them permission to generate the codes themselves it would save a lot of time and effort explaining to us the procedure. Come on shopify, help them out. John

Where has this been? I am ecstatic about this app!!! It's great. Easy to install and use. It's perfect for my business. I like to shop where I'm rewarded. So I want to offer that to my customers as well. This app is perfect for rewarding your customers! Lots of options on the free version. Josh is amazingly helpful with any questions you'd have. I had no issues setting this app up. Perfect!
