I have going back-and-forth between a few other SMS + email apps. Since Yotpo has been so easy to set up and also focuses on the customer interactions and reviews, as a small business I believe this is the best solution. Quin has been helping me through the process to get verified for SMS and it was easy clear and fast.

I needed help with trying to change my discount amount on my pop-up. PL helped me in minutes with addressing this and I am happy it wasn't as complicated as I thought.

Highly recommend this app...it does everything you need and support is amazing. Jay was a tremendous help with some very minor questions.
