I have been using this app for a while, all the features are good, especially the customer support very supportive and patient, like Melvin that help me recently.

Setting up Yotpo has been a breeze thanks to my helpful support rep, PL. I'm looking forward to getting a lot of use out of the app. There are tons of templates and workflows already built out for you at each stage of the customer journey, so it is going to save a lot of time and brain power. I still have to gain customers to see it in action, but so far, so good!

John D and his team assisted me in setting up a pop-up on my store which offers a percentage discount to new and existing customers who sign up for email and SMS. I do think the App can increase customer visits and can increase customer sales but I have no experience with the app. I would like to get a more proactive approach from the team to advise me or recommend the best actions I need to take on the free plan or the most cost-effective options available to improve the operation of my website.

I have only had this app a week but I am loving it so far! It takes some time to get everything set up right but easy to do. I ran into a problem verifying the sender email and I could not figure out why it wasn't sending me the email so I could verify it. I contacted customer support through chat and Marnie helped me right away! Took less than 3 minutes to get my problem fixed! That was great! I highly recommend this app!

I love this app! Utilizing the SMS messaging has been a fantastic marketing tool for my retail shop. I appreciate that you can attach pictures and include your shop link.
