Very good application we improve the application and add new functions. The after-sales service is just top, really reactive and really explicit "especially with Alex;)" ( good application for the price you have 10k mails free, i put 4 stars for the steps for validations is little complicate ^^ ) its my last feedback in december 2022

Use multiple features from Yotpo, included the SMS Marketing and Email app. Easy to use and customer service is always very helpful. Was having an issue with our Email notification and had a pleasure of chatting with John D who was able to help me and sent me step-by-step instructions with screenshots on how to resolve my problem. Thank you.

TONIGHT I GOT HELPED BY MARINE E AMAZING AT NAVIGATING AND ACCESSING DOMAINS BUT ALSO ARTICULATING THE DIFFERENT WAYS TO MANEUVER. I LIKED MARINE BECAUSE THE SCREEN SHOTS AND ALSO THEM KNOWING THE ISSUES THAT HELPED ME SOLVE WHY I COULDN'T GET MY DOMAINS CORRECTLY. BECAUSE OF HIM I LEARNED TO EVEN TAKE SCEEN SHOTS ON MY LAPTOP TO COMMUNICATE. EVEN BETTER WITH NOT JUST HIM BUT THE OTHER SHOPIFY CHATS THAT ON HERE. I APPERCIATE THE SMOOTHNESS . Great Customer Support. Easy to use and a great set up! Recommended.

I only started using SMSBump today, and I found it fairly easy to work through especially with the help and guidance offered. Dead app. Doesn't open in chrome. Their support is pathetic... frustrating experience
