This app is faultless in every way. For days, I've been looking for a way to add real-time chat capability to my store, but I haven't been successful. Many thanks to the group who worked on this app.

She also is really helpful and provides extra guide to changing my avatar and setup FAQ in Willdesk. And it is easy to do with Willdesk. We used the App for some time and had a very good experience. It's not a gigantic suite, rather an App focused on doing what it is designed for. Developers are keen to hear you and add features that make sense. Customer support is great. Overall a fantastic App worth trying. We uninstall due to different reasons, but will certainly consider re-installing in future.
